Advertised Selection

Supported by a press ad together with our candidate data base, we identify the best options for positions with a broad candidate target pool.

We write up the ad and submit it for the review and final approval of the customer. We provide assessment on the best medium or media in which to publish and manage the publication.
Outsourcing

Whenever our customers’ needs make it advisable, we can manage the outsourcing of a task or part of it on either a temporary or permanent basis, becoming an extension of our customers’ operations.

This outsourcing may encompass both human and material resources in order to carry out a certain task properly. It enables companies’ profits to increase without increasing fixed costs.
Temporary Needs

We are specialized in addressing our customers’ temporary needs for qualified professionals.

This service has proved to be very useful in the Clinical Research field, enabling qualified personnel to be hired for all or part of a project. The personnel hired can work in our clients’ installations with full legal protection.

Candidate Profiling

This service arose from the need to support our customers in the processes that they personally carry out.

The candidates’ personal and professional profile is evaluated, determining whether they are suitable for a specific position. A report is drawn up for each candidate that can be used as an objective external reference for our customer.

This is also a suitable option to determine the suitability of a profile for a possible promotion.


CV Database Management

Companies in general, and pharmaceutical ones in particular, attract a huge number of spontaneous candidatures. These candidatures represent an asset that, properly managed, can add significant value to the organization.

When our customers do not have the human and/or material resources available to take advantage of this asset, we can manage their CV database for them. To this end we employ our document management tools together with our experience.
