or exceeding them. Information about company culture, organization and
business environment will also prove very valuable to the process.
Identification of Potential Candidates
In order to source the best candidates, we employ the suitable resources
for each specific need, such as our own candidate database, our network
of contacts, ads in press or on the internet (our own website and other
specialized sites).
Candidate Profiling
Those candidates who are both qualified and interested in the position
are evaluated against the agreed profiles by means of conducting rigorous
competency-based personal interviews, degree verification, reference checks
and personal profile analysis.
Candidate Presentation
Last of all, the candidates best matched to the desired profile are short-listed
and submitted to our customer to be thoroughly evaluated together
Assessment and Facilitating
We facilitate the holding of interviews between the customer and short-listed
candidates. We provide our experience to both parties in order to bring
positions and interests closer together.
Follow up Consultation
We maintain periodical contact with both our customer and the hired candidate
to ensure the candidate’s successful integration into the new company
and the complete satisfaction of both parties. Customer and candidate
feedback is a cornerstone to our commitment to constant improvement.
